मैं इक बलात्कारी


मर्द या नपुंसक,
खुद को मर्द साबित करने में
अकेली, असहाय महिला पर जोर आजमाईश करता
हैवानियत की हदों को पार करता हुआ
अपनी नपुंसकता को प्रदर्शित करता
शरीर से मर्द
मैं इक बलात्कारी
नपुंसक मानसिकता का परिचायक
समाज रुपी शरीर का सड़ा-गला हिस्सा
काट कर अलग कर देने योग्य
फाँसी के उम्मीद और इंतजार में
पकड़ा गया बलात्कारी
मैं बलात्कारी, तो आप भी हैं हवस के पुजारी
राह चलती दूसरों की बहन-बेटियों के अंगों को
अपनी आँखों से भाँपते और नापते
मन ही मन वासना के सागर में गोते लगाते
अपने मर्दानगी की संतुष्टि करते
फिर मैं अकेला कैसा बलात्कारी
सोच बदलिए फिर समाज बदलेगा
अन्यथा इंसानियत को शर्मशार करता हुआ
बलात्कार का यह सिलसिला नहीं थमेगा।

बदलते भारत की तस्वीर - वालमार्ट
आजकल बड़े ही जोर-शोर से पत्र/ पत्रिकओं में एफ. डी. आई. के उपर बहस चल रही है। नामचीन हस्तियों के विचार इसके पक्ष और विपक्ष में लिखे जा रहे हैं। पाठकों का दिमाग हिचकोले खा रहा है। कभी लगता है कि पक्ष सही है और कभी विपक्ष सही प्रतीत होता है। ऐसे ही समय में हंगामा खड़ा हो जाता है कि वालमार्ट ने 125 करोड़ रुपए लाँबिंग के लिए खर्च किए हैं और मुद्दा और गरमा जाता है। संसद में सुश्री सुषमा स्वराज कहती हैं कि यह विकास का नहीं बल्कि विनाश का गड्ढा है।
गौर से देखा जाए तो सतही तौर पर इसके तो फायदे ही नजर आते हैं। देश में विदेशी पूँजी का आगमन होगा और देश की लड़खड़ाती हुई अर्थव्यवस्था को सभँलने का मौका मिलेगा। पहली नजर में तो ये खुशी की ही बात है, लेकिन दूरगामी परिणाम? हम भारतीय किसी भी निर्णय को लेने से पहले उसके दूरगामी परिणामों पर गौर जरुर करते हैं। इस विदेशी पूँजी के आगमन के परिणाम आने वाले वर्षों में चरमराती भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था को सुदृढ करेगें या सुषमा जी के कथनों के अनुसार देश को गड्ढे में ले जाएँगे, इसपर विचार करना बहुत ही जरुरी है।
भारत अंतराष्ट्रीय पटल पर विशाल उपभोक्ता वाला देश है और यहाँ व्यापार की असीम संभावनाएँ हैं। हर विकसित देश हमें दुधारु गाय की तरह दुहने की कोशिश में लगा रहता है। वालमार्ट द्वारा किया गया लाँबिंग में करोड़ों रुपए का खर्च इस बात की पुष्टि करता है। उनके द्वारा किया गया ये खर्च चारे की तरह ही है जिसमें हम फँस गए हैं।  आज के संदर्भ में अगर देखें तो भारतीय रुपया डालर के मुकाबले दिन पर दिन गिरता ही चला जा रहा है। एक साल पहले जो डालर 44 रुपया था आज उसकी कीमत 56 रुपया हो गया है। चीनी उत्पादों से भारतीय बाजार अटा पड़ा है। अनेक भारतीय उधोग जो उत्पादन का कार्य करते थे या तो बंद हो चुके हैं या बंद हो रहे हैं और इन चीनी उत्पादों की मार्केटिंग करने लगे हैं, यानि की मालिक से नौकर की हैसियत में तब्दिल हो गए हैं और उनके कारखानों में काम करने वाले बेरोजगार हो गए हैं। ऐसी विकट परिस्थितियों में खुदरा व्यापार में वालमार्ट की भागीदारी संकट को और गहरा करने वाला है।
बहुत पुरानी कहावत है, - इतिहास खुद को दुहराता है। भारतीय जनमानस के दिलो-दिमाग में आज भी यह बात ताजा है कि ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी ने व्यापार से शुरुआत कर कैसे भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था को खोखला कर दिया था। खुदरा व्यापार में निवेश उसी श्रृखला की आगामी कड़ी है। समय के साथ-साथ तरीका बदल चुका है लेकिन विकसित देशों के इरादे अभी भी वहीं है। पहले राजनीतिक रुप से गुलाम बनाकर हमें जर्जर किया। वर्तमान परिपेक्ष में यह संभव नहीं है तो हर संभव प्रयास से भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था पर काबिज होने की जुगत किया जा रहा है और उनके इन नापाक इरादों में साथ देने के लिए हमारे देश में हमेशा से जयचंद जैसे गद्दार रहे हैं जिनके लिए देशहित से ज्याद स्वहित महत्वपूर्ण है।
हमारे भूतपूर्व राष्ट्रपति श्री अब्दुल कलाम साहब ने अपनी पुस्तक  ‘विंग्स आँफ फायरमें यह भविष्यवाणी की थी कि सन् 2020 तक भारत विश्व का सबसे शक्तिशाली देश होगा। शायद कलाम साहब को इसमें संशोधन करना होगा। दूरगामी परिणाम कहीं से भी सुखद अनुभूति नहीं देते हैं। देश का पैसा अभी के मुकाबले कहीं ज्यादा धड़ल्ले से विदेशों में जाएगा और हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था और खस्ताहाल हो जाएगी। डालर बढता जाएगा, रुपया धटती जाएगी। वस्तुओं की कीमत इतनी ज्यादा बढ़ जाएगी की खरीदना बूते के बाहर की बात होगी।
लेकिन हमें इन सबसे कोई खास फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा क्योकि हम भाग्यवादी सोच रखते हैं। भाग्य में यह लिखा है तो होकर रहेगा। इसलिए मित्रों, कल के लिए आज क्यों रोएँ। साल 2012 में ओलंपिक उपलब्धि को छोड़कर ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है जिसपर फ्रख महसूस किया जाए और ऐसी अनगिनत धटनाएँ हैं जिसपर सिर शर्म से झुका ही रह जाए।
खैर साथियों, छोटा सा जीवन है और कष्ट अनगिनत। तो इन सब दुविधाओं, जद्दोजहद से बाहर निकल कर नये साल का स्वागत जोश-खरोश के साथ कीजिए और मेरे साथ आप भी गुनगुनाइये –
                 सोचना क्या, जो भी होगा देखा जाएगा।
                    जो होना होगा, होगा वही, सोच के तू क्या पाएगा।।

Syllabus of Territorial Army Feb 2012 exam

ONE OF MY FRIEND SEND ME HIS EXPERIENCE IN TERRITORIAL ARMY WRITTEN EXAM IN FEBRUARY 2012. I AM POSTED IT AS IT WAS FOR YOU.


Territorial Army (held on  February 2012)
I just finished the written exam for Territorial Army 2012 in Bangalore and thought of sharing the blueprint for the benefit of others. I'm not going to say anything about Territorial Army, rather on the blue print for its exam.

Format of the question paper..

The whole paper is divided into two parts -
Part I - 40 marks - To test your english skills and essay writing.
Part II - 60 marks - Objective type, a mix of questions from all topics - Maths, logical ability, science, history, geography, current affairs, corporate, politics etc.

To clear the exam, you need to get a minimum of 40% in each part - 16 marks in Part I and 24 marks in Part II. Further, you need to take an agreegage of 50% - 50 marks in total.

Part I (40 marks)

a. Essay for 25 marks iou- There will be an essay to be written in about 300 words and you'll get ample choices to choose from for this essay. I got topics like Lokpal bill, AFSPA act in J&K, Aids, computer education etc..

b. Fill in the blanks in a paragraph - 10 marks - You need to read a short paragraph fully and fill in each of the 10 blanks with the right english word. You'll have 4 choices for each word and this exercise will test your english grammar and understanding capacity. I got an essay on stag which fees proud about its beauty, but sad about its lean and bony legs, the para goes to end stating that beauty is not important..

c. Meaning for words - 5 marks. You'll get 5 words and you need to mark its meaning which is closest to it. I got words like tedious, paucity, pacify etc..

Part II (60 marks)
You'll get 60 objective type questions from various streams. Unless you are strong in current affairs, little bit of GK, politics, sports etc.. a. 10 questions among this 60 would be on logical ability like patterns, number sequence, word sequence, odd man out etc. Last 10 questions will be fill in the blanks..

General guidelines.

1. You should reach the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. Normally it starts by 10, so you need to reach by 9:30.
2. They provide drinking water, but it is advisable for you to carry water bottle, to avoid the walking time.
3. Carry a cap or hat so that you can escape from the sun when you make you sit in any of their army school's play ground.
4. Keep your mobile phone in switch off condition and keept inside your bag.
5. You can write in either pen or pencil, but the essay is best written with pen. Do carry some pencils for rough work.
6. It is better you mark the answers in pencil and then make it fair by writing in pen. They say mark wont be award if there are any erasures or over writing.
7. No negative marks, hence you can make your own guesses.
8. To prepare for the exams, keep yourself updated on latest trends and most of the questions will be based on the last 6 months to 1 year events.
